My new obsession - MILK BREAD - fluffy, tangy, subtly sweet, and soft sandwich bread made with high-quality, pronounceable ingredients. This one takes over 36 hours to make but it's totally worth it!

To everyone who’s supported my bread journey here in Nome - THANK YOU! ❤️

It meant a lot to bake for you, and I’ve truly appreciated every order, smile, and kind word. You’ve made me feel welcome and honored, and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

As we wrap up our time here this month, I’m grateful for the connections we’ve made. Thanks for letting me be part of your days with something as simple as bread.

Thursday, March 26 will be our last drop for this rotation. Preorders will go live tomorrow at 9AM. I’m hoping to be back baking by May, but it’ll depend on my family’s needs when we return.

I'm a little late on posting - THANK YOU for welcoming us back with so much love! You all made sure we sold out of everything last weekend and knowing how much you love our bread and baked goods makes me wish I could bake fresh bread for you everyday! I'm not sure how to make that possible yet, but we'll make do with what we have right now. 🥰

With a newborn, there will be limitations on how much I can bake in just one drop per week so I decided to divide them into two drops this week with cap limits on both (Thursday and Saturday). While preorders for Thursday have closed, they're still open until tomorrow at 4:30pm for Saturday's drop.

Hi everyone! I am back!

Thank you all for your patience while I took some time off. Our first drop of the year will be on Saturday, March 7th. Preorders will open TOMORROW at 9am!

We've added a new item to our menu—sourdough cinnamon rolls. They're the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and gooey, and I can't wait for you all to try them.

Hi TNB f&fs,

Allow me to introduce the newest member of the TNB clan - baby girl, Eliana May❤️💖. Her name, meaning "God has answered my prayers," is a reflection of our gratitude and hope. She is a reminder of the beauty that shows up after a storm and a symbol of just how lucky ("May" in Vietnamese) we are to have her in our lives. 🌈🙏🌞

We're taking a longer pause than intended to cherish time with her and big sister Lia and will return to Nome in a few weeks! See you all soon, stay warm and safe! ❄️🌨️
