To everyone receiving your orders this week... if your label is a little crooked, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. 😉

Lia insisted on helping label the bakery bags and there was no way I was saying no. So if you spot one (or a few!) crooked labels, just know they were purposely placed by little hands with a big heart and are toddler quality control approved by Lia. 🥰

Also, we received our flour shipment before dough day 🎉 so we will have extras of everything on the menu plus a few individual packs of cinnamon rolls, stop by the hospital from 4-5pm or message me and I will be happy to hold the items for ya, thank you for supporting our little bakery, see you all in a few hours TNB fam&friends! ❤️❤️❤️

Preorders for this week’s Friday, 8/28 pickup open tomorrow at 9 AM!

This will be our last drop of the month, and unfortunately, our flour shipment has been delayed so quantities will be limited to what I can make with what I have on hand, which also means we will be skipping milk bread and cinnamon rolls this week...BUT if our flour delivery arrives in time, I’ll make extras and have them available on drop day! 🤞

What’s better than fresh produce in Nome?
Fresh produce with a little ❤️ in it.

A big shoutout to Pilgrim Hot Springs for the beautiful, delicious, fresh produce. We feel so lucky to have access to locally grown produce here in Nome, and this little heart-shaped chard felt too cute not to share.

Thank you for your patience while we were away. We’re back in our tundra nest and ready to get back to baking again.

We will be having our last bread drop of the month on Friday, July 17. Preorders will open on Sunday @ 9am! Our menu is ready for you to check out .hotplate.com/TUNDRANEST_bakery. We will also have our berry chia carnival buns (it has many other names) available for this drop.

🇺🇸 Holiday Schedule: With the hospital closed on Friday, I've adjusted this week's pickup schedule to include two bread drop days so everyone still has a chance to grab fresh bread before the holiday weekend. Preorders are open now .hotplate.com/tundranest_bakery!

We've been soaking up the beautiful weather and spending as much time outdoors together as we can. Here are a few snapshots of what life has looked like lately—wildflowers, beach days, road tripping, kayaking down the river, and a very happy dog.

Now it's time to get the oven warmed up again! Our next bread drop will be Friday, July 3, just in time for the Fourth of July weekend.

Preorders open tomorrow at 9:00 AM online. Sourdough bagels will be back on the menu too, so if you've been waiting for them, this is the perfect time to stock up.

Thank you for being here and for supporting this little bakery. I'm looking forward to baking for you again and seeing you on Friday!

*P.S. The last photo is a little sneak peek! I've been testing a Berry Chia Carnival Bun, and I'm hoping it'll be ready to join the menu sometime soon😁
