In addition to encouraging you to visit Becky the Bakester this week, I wanted to let you know that we are hiring.

Come visit me at the official grand opening to celebrate Becky the Bakester! I’m so grateful I get to be a part of this wonderful bakery!

Join us Wednesday, April 24 for our official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting!

We will be open from 10 am - 6 pm with lots of specials throughout the day. Mark your calendar to join us and stay tuned for more details!

Being a small business owner has made me very passionate about supporting other local small businesses. If you haven't had a chance to meet them yet, I'd like to introduce you to one of my favorites, Pigs Tale Charcuterie.

I first met them when they were sampling their delicious salami and cured meats for The Bountiful Board. I fell in love with their products right away! So when I opened the shop, I knew I wanted to start carrying their products. Starting today, I have three flavors of their amazing Salami available and all of the flavors of their Snack Sticks.

Now you can stop in and grab a sweet treat and a savory snack as well! I hope to add more awesome local products to my shop. What else would you like to see available here?

We just finished making a new variation of our Funfetti Cookies that you are going to love! 😍 We start with a giant, thick version of our signature Funfetti Cookie and top it with a light and creamy vanilla buttercream frosting. They are SO good!

Stop by today to try one! We also have fresh mini pies 🥧 (apple, mixed berry, tart cherry, and peanut butter), cake pops, brownie pops, and of course all of our yummy gourmet marshmallows (including pops and bonbons). 🍭

I am so excited to announce I have been hired by Becky the Bakester! I love helping her get her brand new store front up and running and getting to make her delicious creations!

👋🏻 I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching and product development over here! So here are a few updates!

🆕 🗞️ NEW NEWSSSSSS🤣
I am changing a few things with my business. I am going to make cookies and then post what I have available for porch pick up or local delivery. Custom orders are just not possible for me at this time. One of my favorite things about having my own business is the flexibility to change things up as I need! 🤩

😋 I have developed a new icing recipe! Hoosier Cookie Company will now offer the same delicious cookie base with a light and fluffy buttercream. The taste of my new icing is very similar to light and airy lofthouse style cookie icing. Why this matters: with this style icing you will not see the smooth very detailed look. It will be more “freestyle” and not have the hard bite of royal icing. (Don’t worry if you love royal icing because I will have an option for you, keep reading!) I will be able to offer cookies at a more affordable rate because I won’t be spending hours on each cookie! 🍪

🏫 I absolutely LOVE teaching the classes with royal icing and teaching you how to decorate cookies! Be on the look out for a class coming in January! Class tickets with be available to purchase soon and make a great Christmas gift! 🎁 🌲

💰 I have donated my time and costs so 100% of the sales of these cookies will go towards his goal. He has been a huge help in the kitchen this weekend and I am so proud of him!

☘️ Shamrock ☘️ cookies featuring my new icing are available this week! Perfect for all my Cathedral, Westfield and Notre Dame loving friends!

🎄 🎅🏻 DIY Christmas 🎅🏻 cookie kits will also be available for preorder this week! 100% of these sales will also go towards purchasing a red wagon for Riley. They will have 4 cookies, 3 icing colors, and sprinkles. Each kit will be $25.00 🎁🌲

Each cookie will be $2.50. Mason will offer local delivery or porch pick up. You can also find them at Johnny Mac’s Coffee House at Cathedral High School (Indianapolis)! I haven’t had a chance to update my website so just comment on this post if you would like to purchase!

Hi Friends!

After a much needed 🧠 mental 🧠 health break, moving our daughter back to Colorado (Go 🐏Rams 🐏)for her sophomore year, getting our sons senior year of high school off to an amazing start (Go ☘️Irish☘️)while beginning his college search 👨‍🎓 , some time in ❄️ Alaska 🏔️ and another lovely round of the 🦠c word🦠, I am ready to get back in the 🍪 kitchen 🍪!
