Penny Lane Caterers My husband and I are trying to start our own business. We do catering for all kinds of events. He We are proficient in decadent, real desserts.

My sister and I are attempting to start our own small business from home to begin with. We use all real ingredients, real butter, cream, chocolate and everything is made from scratch. We do not often work in fondant but prefer icing and ganache. We do deliver anywhere in Hamilton county and arrangements can be made for other deliveries. We have several regular recipes we have concocted but we will try almost anything, just talk to us and we'll see what we can do.

Well we are very much behind but I have some awesome food to show you. First we made this amazing chicken. The chicken breast was butterflied and marinated overnight. We took and sliced andouille sausage and put it in the middle of the chicken with cheese. The whole thing was wrapped in sopresetta ham and then baked. It was sooo good.

So for the sweet I was attempting a spiced butter cake and it's got wonderful flavor but it came out dense and a bit dry. I'm trying to figure out a way to save it, lol I'll let you know how. All in all new things sometimes work and sometimes you figure out what not to do.
