It's with great disappointment that we will not be continuing the Rising Crumb this summer. We may return another year, but this summer I'm needed as a mom more than as a baker. I hope y'all have a great summer!

Hey everyone, welcome to the Rising Crumb Bakery! This is a family bakery that caters to people with allergies and we do our best to make health-conscious goodies that don't sacrifice quality! As individuals with allergies ourselves, we strive to help others in their transition to allergy cooking, help provide special treats and practical baked goods that cater to many allergies, and try to make people with allergies feel included and special.

Since we are a home bakery, we do not have traditional hours or a store, but we sell our goodies at the Newton Farmer's Market from 8-12 Saturdays while the Farmer's Market lasts, and often do orders once Farmer's Market is over for the year in October. We are aiming to be at the Farmer's Market every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, but will keep you posted! (The Farmer's Market is in the parking lot behind Breadbasket in Newton, KS.)
