The hens have been busy, and so have we! We're excited to announce that we are now offering **freeze-dried eggs made from our very own farm-fresh eggs** right here on the homestead.

Why freeze-dried eggs?

🏕️ Perfect for campers and adventurers! Instead of worrying about carrying a fragile dozen raw eggs on your next camping trip, just pack a lightweight pouch of freeze-dried eggs. No cracked shells, no cooler space, no mess.

Properly stored, freeze-dried eggs can stay good for years, making them a wonderful addition to your pantry for everyday convenience or emergency preparedness.

Thank you to everyone who braved the chilly weather and stopped by the Newton Farmers Market tonight!
Last summer it was our bagels that were a hit but so far this year it’s our Goat Milk Caramels!
You can find us in Maxwell again this Sunday and back in Newton next Tuesday!!

We’re getting excited for our back to back markets this weekend!
We made a couple appearances in Maxwell last year but are happy to be a permanent vendor there this season! Their market is held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 12-2:30 through September!

We are a few days away from the first market of 2026 and look at this list!!! Can't wait to see you all there. Make sure to bring your mothers :)
