That starter said, “We’re baking today, and I don’t care what Mother Nature has planned!” 🤣🍞

So here we are… mixing, stretching, folding, and praying the power stays on! 😂

DOWNTOWN MONROE, IT’S TIME TO SIP, SHOP & STROLL!!!

Grab your friends and get ready for a fun-filled fall evening in Downtown Monroe for a Sip & Shop on Wednesday, September 23rd from 4PM–8PM!

For just $25, your ticket gets you:
~Wine to enjoy throughout the evening
~Snacks at different participating downtown businesses
~A Sip & Shop wine cup. To take along as you stroll
~Swag in a bag!
~The chance to shop and explore local downtown businesses plus over 40 vendors to shop from as well
~An evening out with friends to Sip, Shop & Stroll through the Downtown Social District: pictured below is a map of the Social District. Everything within the blue line you can walk with your sip & shop cup full of wine while you shop!

Alright, now that two of the three sunshine kiddos are out the door and at school, here is our menu for Saturday at the Monroe Farmers Market - Monroe, Michigan! Please have your orders in no later than Thursday 10am to ensure we can set that aside for you! Thank you all and cannot wait to see you Saturday!!

WE HIT 4,000!!!

We officially hit 4,000 followers over the weekend, and honestly… we are incredibly honored and blessed.

What started with a little sourdough, a lot of learning, and a dream has grown into something we never could have imagined. Every order, every kind message, every share, every recommendation, and every person who has stopped by our table or home, means more to us than you know.

To everyone who has tried our bread and goodies, to our amazing regular customers who continue to come back, and to every single person we've had the opportunity to bring a little sunshine into their life — THANK YOU! 🌻💛☀️

You have supported our little dream, encouraged us along the way, and helped Sourdough & Sunshine become so much more than just baking bread.

And we aren't stopping at 4,000! Road to 5K starts NOW!

My Dad started this little beehive of his…. Sister helped put the page together and is helping him thrive with his bee adventures. He just collected his first harvest and was amazed to see all the honey that came from that little hive of his. They just hit 100 followers, but let’s see if we can get him farther. They love taking you inside the hive, getting up close and personal with the bees, and giving tips/tricks. I can guarantee you’ll get a few chuckles along the way too. 😉

When you’re camping with family and they remember the best spinach dip around, you make a stop at Willow Spice Company. Our awesome friend Beth makes the best and easiest spinach dip around. It is a hit no matter the occasion.

Good morning Sunshine family!!! As we start going into back to school season, we have added our nutter butter cookie sandwich, cosmic brownie and working on perfecting our twinkies ( kids already love this one).

What are some fall flavors your would love to see come back in our bread. We are open to any and all suggestions.

Be on the look out for a whole new pre order menu coming out Sunday for next week.

First night at the camp ground and there is a Lunar eclipse!!! We are about 1/2 way through it.
