The Flavor Trends roundtable has become one of the most sought after breakout sessions at The Flavor Experience year after year.

Usually situated in the warm southern California sunshine with a skillfully crafted cocktail (or mocktail!) from our JWU students, Flavor’s Katie Ayoub and Cathy Nash Holley invite participants to share their menu insights surrounding upcoming and trending ingredients and flavors.

This collaboration allows attendees to learn about different applications, real-world examples and creates conversation around each trend to help brainstorm new ideas.
