I'm back at it next week which will be bread and cookies! New to the menu is a Honey Whole Wheat loaf ($12). This is my traditional loaf recipe but 20% of the flour is whole wheat and I add a little honey to balance out the wheat flour. You can order it with or without oates. Get those orders in!

What a crazy week: 8 loaves, 24 bagels, 24 cookies, and 18 muffins! Next week is bread and muffins.  This may be the last week I bake until the week of July 6 so get those orders in!
