Progress. Things take time but they are often worth the wait. After 12 years, my son went back for another nut allergy test; the kind where nut oils are placed on the arm and itch terribly for 15 minutes, but you can’t scratch. You just have to wait. As you can imagine, he handled it much better as a teenager than he did as a baby. I watched him remain calm and cool, and in the end we learned that there are a few tree nuts that he may be able to enjoy now that he’s older. That’s progress. It’s not perfect, but we’re in a better place. ❤️ 🍪 happilynutfree.com
