The underrated unforgettable fruit Bostock. In 2007 I worked at the and made and tasted this first time. A traditional French pastry made with rich and buttery brioche bread, soaked in a flavorful syrup,topped with almond cream, fruit/jam and sliced almonds, then baked crisp and golden brown. It’s a cross between French toast and almond croissants. I love it for its soft moist center, crunchy and nutty exterior. We serve these beauties on the weekends.
