In early 2004, our founder was diagnosed with Celiac disease. After months of searching, he realized that most gluten-free foods he was forced to switch to weren't up to his standards. Ever since, he has been on a mission to create high-quality, unique, gluten-free foods. In the years since, Ancient Grains has accumulated a multitude of awards, including the James Beard Award and becoming a Michel

in 2-star restaurant. Today, he is bringing not only those affected by gluten sensitivies and Celiac disease, but everyone foods that bring their palettes joy.
