Hi my name is Vilmary Gonzalez. My passion for becoming a baker began when I made my first cake for one of the most important people in my life my first born son James. It was a challenge but I made a three tier Dulce de Leche cake and it was a huge success. Everything I have learned in cake decorating I have learned through trial and error, tutorials, and family. Now two children later and one on

the way and the support of a wonderful husband I have truly been able to dedicate my time to living out my dream and hopefully one day opening up my own bakery. For all the future bakers never give up even if you feel you’ve messed up something great always come from that persistence is Key.
