Simit, which is like a bagel mixed with a soft pretzel, is a dietary staple throughout the Mediterranean and Balkan Region prominent in Turkey as well as Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Macedonia and Serbia. SMITH simit is hand-rolled at our local factory and always freshly baked using only the finest natural ingredients for you. We have three varieties: original with sesame, whole wheat with sesame, and whole grain. These can be enjoyed alone, served with dipping sauce or turned into a sandwich. Simit have 2/3 the calories and much less fat than bagels or pretzels and contain all natural ingredients with absolutely no sugar.
