I wish we could take credit for this sandwich. It’s personally, one of my favorites, and my last name is Shelsky, so obviously I know what I’m talking about.
We ripped off this sandwich idea from …now, we’re not sure if they still make their roast beef sandwich, but we did what we think is a pretty cool copycat!

Sichuan peppercorn bagel made with single-plantation hua jiao (Sichuan peppercorns) from topped with chili crisp cream cheese, cucumber, and cilantro.

True story… my Nana was from Hamburg, Germany. I have fond memories of her eating cervelat with butter on bread.
This sandwich is a tribute to her!
A pretzel bagel topped with butter, cervelat, and thinly-sliced red onions. So so so good!

We will be closed today due to flood clean-up from flooding that occurred yesterday. We will reopen tomorrow. But, we will be closed next week from Monday through Labor Day to give our hard-working staff a well-deserved vacation. We will reopen on Tuesday after Labor Day.

We’re opened this Memorial Day, come get your breakfast bagels!

A perfect Monday morning breakfast. . . Scrapple, sunny side up egg, cheddar, and New York State maple syrup on an @orwashers bakery onion pocket. Heaven!

It’s definitely cold-brew weather. Come get yours. We cold brew @ashlawnfarmcoffee Nicaragua dark roasted beans. This is the only coffee we’ve had that when enjoyed cold, tastes exactly as the bag of beans smells when we open it fresh to grind it. It’s truly remarkable!
