Finally, after five years of trying, the first production batches of Cookie Jough have been made and packaged at Hana Kitchens in Brooklyn! Yesterday, August 27, 2015 the first 100 pounds of both the Anginetti Cookie Dough and Snowball Cookie Dough were made and put in the freezer. In two weeks the remaining Chocolate Spice Cookie will be produced as well. A happy day indeed!!!
