The Corner Café was established in 2009 with the opening of our mid-town location at 729 6th Avenue on the corner of 24th Street. The store is owned and operated by two mothers, Eleni and Evita, who decided to open up an eatery after raising their children and sending them off into adulthood. The idea was to combine their knowledge, talents, and family recipes to create a place that feels like hom

e, despite the fact that it is located in one of the busiest cities in the world. When the owners were coming up with ideas about what type of establishment they wanted to open, their main goal was to have a place that would be much more than your average bagel store. While bagels, coffee, and breakfast are the foundation of the Corner Café, the store also offers a wide array of great lunch and dinner choices, some of which include pizza, pasta, fresh tossed salads and a variety of gourmet sandwiches. All of our food is prepared daily on premises and only the freshest ingredients are used.
