Our recipes are old family recipes that go back 50+ years with some new modern and gourmet twists from former Manhattan pastry chef Malia Ploughman aka "Gypsy"!!

We offer mixed, individually wrapped chocolates for every palette!

*Fresh, hand made caramels
*Hand made chocolate covered caramels topped w/sea salt
*Milk chocolate almond Roca
*White chocolate cherry Roca
*Bittersweet chocolate w/toasted coconut and sea salt
*Shredded coconut dipped in dark chocolate
*Milk chocolate peanut butter melt aways
*Dark chocolate espresso peanut butter melt aways
*Homemade peppermint patties
*Gourmet homemade vanilla bean marshmallow
*Homemade mochachino marshmallow
*Homemade "Clark" bars (peanut butter crunch)
*Cranberry almond clusters in white and dark chocolate
*Redskin peanut & raisin clusters in milk chocolate
*Chocolate Truffles (Available at an extra cost)

$15 for one half-pound of chocolate (approximately 18 pieces)

$25 for a full pound of chocolate (approximately 36 pieces)

Local delivery in Las Vegas and Henderson area free of charge, shipping anywhere in the USA for additional charge.

Many of you have tried my holiday candy the past few years! Your support means so much to me!

I’d like to introduce my NEWEST SELECTION of SWEET CONFECTION!!!

These have been such a huge hit at Jessie Rae’s BBQ (Voted Best in Vegas by the way... I highly recommend checking out their incredible ‘Que!) that I decided to expand my little business!

Whether it’s desserts for an office party, birthday celebration, corporate event, or JUST BECAUSE!! Gypsy Bombs will surely be a huge hit!

Banana split Bombs!

These little babies are a mixture of sweetened vanilla bean cream cheese with mashed bananas and freeze dried strawberries and pineapple!! They are rolled in dried pineapple and graham cracker crust, then dipped in luscious chocolate!! Oh... and the “cherry on top” just happens to be in the middle. 🍒

Tiramisu Bombs!!!
A blend of mascarpone and cream cheese... wrapped in reduced liqueurs and espresso soaked lady fingers dipped in baileys flavored chocolate, topped with crushed chocolate covered espresso beans!

Hey , you’ve met your match! I added a brownie between the chocolate coating and the creamy peanut butter filling! ?!! Salted, creamy peanut butter studded with crunchy , wrapped in a fudgy brownie, dipped in milk chocolate.
