Gooey&Co brings Gooey Butter Cake, a St. Louis staple since 1930, to New York City! We use only the Gooey&Co is a specialty bakery founded by Matt Swanston.

Our namesake is inspired by a curiously distinct cake that originated in St. Louis, MO in the 1930’s. To this day, Gooey Butter Cake is still a St. Louie staple, and hard to come by just about anyplace else.
