Baking with Mouka Healthy baked goods and Baking Mixes. Made to order, Based in Hamilton Heights, NY The idea came from my love for baking.

I emigrated to the United States 9 years ago and was surprised to learn how many American families rely on pre-made mixes for baking cookies, cakes, and other popular desserts. Growing up, my mom loved baking with us, and we always prepared recipes from scratch. That would allow us to modify ingredients, add less sugar or add extra chocolate here and there or even some fruits to our desserts. At t

his point, I understand the convenience of buying a baking mix when our lives are so hectic. The problem I found when looking for baking mixes is that most of them have excess sugar, cheap ingredients, and not much variety. Mouka’s mission is to provide people with a simple and delicious baking mix without harmful ingredients, excess sugar, or colorants. We want to provide not only great flavor but an experience that people of all ages can enjoy; baking at home.

We’re happy to announce our menu for Valentine’s Day!
This year we will be offering two options: our famous jumbo chocolate chip cookies and a brand new brownie shaped as a rose (so cute!!🥰) and covered with dark chocolate, real white chocolate and house blend strawberry white chocolate!
We’re proud to say that we use the best ingredients available and not a drop of artificial colorants or sweeteners.
