Baking has been a huge part of my life since I was a child! My parents always encouraged my sister and I to be equipped with great kitchen skills. During high school, college and graduate school, I was always baking cakes and cupcakes for family and friend birthdays. I have spent the last 7 years working in the mental health field as an outpatient therapist, case manager, crisis counselor and grief counselor. I love helping people and have decided to transition into helping people a little differently- by satisfying sweet tooths everywhere and creating desserts that help make life just a little bit sweeter 🍰

Two years ago (yesterday) on my 30th birthday, I started my business Baked with Love by Nicole! And now every year my birthday will be even more special as I get to celebrate another year in business 💜
Throughout my entire life, my family and friends have always encouraged me to open a bakery to share my delicious baked goods with the world. I finally took the leap and am beyond glad that I did 🤗
I never could have imagined the incredible journey the last two years would bring me. I have met and worked with some of the most talented people, made some wonderful friends, took classes to further my skill level, and grown my confidence in myself and my business exponentially.
None of this would have been possible without all of you! To all of my loyal customers, to all of the people that like and share my content, and to everyone that offers me support and encouragement in other ways- none of it goes unnoticed!
Thank you just isn’t enough to express the gratitude I have to all of you for loving my baked goods and allowing me the ability to do something I truly love for a living.
