I hope everyone is staying warm! 🥶
When I began “Going Bananas” with my bread ideas I used disposable loaf pans. I could make more at once for the sales coming in & less cleanup is helpful for home cooks too(especially this one-dishes are for the 🐦’s)! 🤣🍌
Unfortunately, I quickly discovered they were not coming out like the breads everyone knew me for which is super moist, never dense. 🤷🏻♀️
I perfected my recipe during this cold front so I can once again do larger shows or sales using these pans & they came out DElicious. 👩🍳
So, how about a quick game of THIS Or THAT? If you are buying from a home cook, for example at a Farmer’s Market, a cafe counter where they are displayed…would you prefer a specialty bread in a pan or wrapped for sale? 🏷
*By the way, these are slightly smaller than my typical loaves for anyone curious. I will be adjusting my price sheet if you would like to order individually.
