Chocolate Chip Valentine Banana Bread with Red & White Shimmer Sugar. ❤️🍫

I passed 1 loaf on to my “Valentine’s” staff & saved 1 loaf. I tasted my slice slightly toasted with Chocolate Cannoli flavored coffee! I don’t like chocolate at all?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Whether you celebrate this day or not, just eat the sweets! 😉

I hope everyone is staying warm! 🥶

When I began “Going Bananas” with my bread ideas I used disposable loaf pans. I could make more at once for the sales coming in & less cleanup is helpful for home cooks too(especially this one-dishes are for the 🐦’s)! 🤣🍌

Unfortunately, I quickly discovered they were not coming out like the breads everyone knew me for which is super moist, never dense. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I perfected my recipe during this cold front so I can once again do larger shows or sales using these pans & they came out DElicious. 👩‍🍳

So, how about a quick game of THIS Or THAT? If you are buying from a home cook, for example at a Farmer’s Market, a cafe counter where they are displayed…would you prefer a specialty bread in a pan or wrapped for sale? 🏷

*By the way, these are slightly smaller than my typical loaves for anyone curious. I will be adjusting my price sheet if you would like to order individually.

Happy Halloween Weekend! 🎃

I roasted Pumpkin seeds and since I had a lot this year came up with a new Bread twist.

Pumpkin Seed Pecan Crumble Banana Bread with softened Organic butter mixed with the crumble that loosened for a spread.

Mmm~it smells like Thanksgiving pies in my house. 🥰

If you would like to try a loaf~with fresh pumpkin roasted seeds, natural pecans, pumpkin pie seasoning & I will throw in the spread for $13 while supplies last, let me know! 🎃🍁

I made a few loaves of my “NY Crumble” Banana Bread for a VERY busy local Italian Deli’s Staff. They ate them both in a day’s work so I guess they came out ok! 👩‍🍳

The 3rd loaf is a surprise being shipped out for someone’s Birthday by family request…Chocolate Chip Chocolate Zucchini Bread…basically tastes like a really gooey chocolate cake! 🥰

I have been dealing with an Illness that I am finally on the other side of healing from & am happily back to make any fall savory or sweets you may not have time to prepare yourself!

Happy Summer to everyone! It’s finally temperatures we can all enjoy ☀️

I went ”back home” to see much missed Family & Friends I have not visited in 9 months up to a decade for others!! May all of your cups run over as much as my August has began! 🥰

I was on a mission to perfect Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcake, similar to my Grandma’s, with slightly sweet biscuits. Her’s always cut perfectly, not crumbly, 1st batch, crumbly. 🤦🏻‍♀️
If at 1st you don’t succeed, TRY TRY AGAIN!!

My family doesn’t make a strawberry shortcake “sandwich style”, we split the biscuits & top them with fresh strawberries (doctored up) & homemade cream! 🍓

How do you enjoy your Strawberry Shortcake?
