Fish n Chips💋🔥

A perfect easy to make, melt in your mouth home dinner, while quarantined.

(Mixed from two recipes.)

-Rinse and dry fish. Rub the fish with olive oil. Pour the below spice mix over the fish.

•Crushed Garlic
•Black Pepper
•Kosher Salt
•Oregano
•Basil
•Cilantro
•Parsley
•Rosemary

Bake fish for about 20 minutes.

In a small pot stir, 1 stick margarine, juice of 1 lemon and garlic powder.

Pour sauce over fish when ready and still warm.
