Easy, jazzed up Thanksgiving sides for the WIN with this one! Pear, Leek, and Cheddar Bread Pudding... which, if I'm feeling adventurous, I'll add some crumbled Italian sausage too, as well. If you're used to doing a tabletop stuffing instead of the in-the-bird kind, I really recommend changing it up with a bread pudding instead! This one is crazy easy and lends itself really well to prepping ahead of time, too (and it's also available in the Prep Sesh prep plans!)

Hand formed (some from kiddie hands) Turkey Meatballs in a simple, add-it-from-the-cupboard marinara sauce is a kid-favorite, super comforting meal with less calories than a big ole' plate of old school spaghetti and meatballs. Egg roll in a bowl! Love how easy this one is to throw together- just seasoned pork (ginger, sesame, soy, lime) and a bag of ore-cut coleslaw. Freezes great, makes excellent leftovers, is perfection with a bowl of rice and maybe a fried egg and some Korean chili paste 🌶

Pumpkin Sloppy Joes, stored in my beloved , dropped into the crockpot on the day we're eating, keep the kids happy, and it's a simple flavor that makes great leftovers, too.
