With a heavy heart, we’ve officially closed BITE Mini Donuts. When we first started this little donut dream by accident almost five (!) years ago, we had no idea that we would deliver hundreds of thousands of mini donuts all around NYC and the country. We didn’t know we would land deals with some of the coolest and most exciting businesses around. We didn’t know we would make custom orders for over 20 Broadway shows and even sell our donuts in theatre concession stands. We didn’t know we would sell at the most prestigious weekly food festival in NYC (hey ) as such a small company. We didn’t know that we would make The Gay Donut and raise tons of money for Q***r charities. We didn’t know that we would be picked up by Williams Sonoma and distribute Bites of happiness coast to coast. We just didn’t expect it, especially during a global pandemic. We couldn’t have done it without the immense support of our friends, family, and fans who have grown into both. You all kept us alive, inspired, and hungry. We can’t thank you enough.
We’re excited to pursue our personal endeavors now, but are looking to pass along this little donut dream to anyone who might want to take the reins! Want to own BITE?
