grasp your hands really tight. like really tight. for 5 to 10 seconds. then release.

focus on the feeling of your hands clenching together, then the feeling of releasing the pressure.

if your mind wanders, recognize it, then bring it back to the focus of the exercise. repeat as many times as you desire.
