I was up early for the fire inspection in the restaurant today. Mornings are a chef's inspiration hours. When everything is quiet, I can hear the recipes in my conscience. This is a grapefruit & green pepper salad with a Blueberry & roasted jalapeño balsamic vinaigrette. A little pistachio and chia and some sage for good measure. Also a good time to blast this new and record! 🔥👩🍳🎶🎼🎵🎧🎤.
