Its Friday and we're day dreaming about the bagel sandwiches we're going to make this weekend. Our bagels make the perfect base to any sandwich , sweet or savory.

For savory: We prefer, a SDB Everything bagel base, chive cream cheese, tomato + onion and lox

For sweet: We've been enjoying, a SDB Plain bagel, plain cream cheese + strawberry jelly

Our primary goal is to make bagels that are 100% gluten-free and that taste good (because you shouldn't have to compromise, taste and texture when you can't eat gluten!)

Shout out to 7 Grain Army! We can’t wait to collab!

Needed a dinner that was quick and these bagels by just made me SO HAPPY!

You might not know this but I build ine of the the best bagels in the city before they changed my recipe to make it work for their new fancy ovens.

Anywhoo, I’m picky, and I designed one of the best bagels in the city, so these got my stamp if approval.

When it came to naming my business, Sunny Day Bakery, I wanted a name that captured the essence of pure joy and positivity.
To me, sunny days have always represented an incredible sense of happiness and endless possibilities. They symbolize the freedom to soak up the outdoors, bask in the warmth, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Whether it’s a day at the beach, a BBQ with loved ones, or simply relishing in the fresh air, sunny days are synonymous with good vibes.
As the years passed, I realized how precious those sunny days became. They became a reminder to cherish every moment and savor the little things. So, when it came time to name my baker, I knew it had to be Sunny Day Bakery. It represents more than just baked goods; it’s a celebration of happiness, gratitude and the joy of living life to the fullest.
