Hi Everyone,
If you need to de-stress from all the holiday shopping, the following class may just be the solution! We will be holding a bread class taught by Chef Rudy & details are noted below.

Croissant & Brioche Class - 10 hrs total; Limit 6 students
Price: $300
Dates:
Fri, 12/21 - 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Sat, 12/22 - 1pm to 5pm
Sun, 12/23- 1pm to 3pm

Details:
-Learn how to make croissants, pain au chocolate, brioche, & pain suisse from scratch
-demonstration of pastry cream for filling

Happy Holidays Everyone!
As a result of many requests, Chef Rudy (former Pastry instructor at Le Notre & the ICC) will be returning to teach a Holiday MacarOOns & MacarOns class for this Sunday, 12/16/12 & an upcoming bread class. Please email to [email protected] soon as seats are limited.

2.5 hrs/ $90; Limit 8 students
Date: Sunday, 12/16/12; 1:30-4pm
*All materials will be provided. We will use high quality ingredients. All items made during class can be taken home.

Learn how to:
- make holiday macaroons & macarons from scratch
- make, flavor & pipe different fillings for macarons
- coat macaroons with semi sweet chocolate
- decorate the items for the holiday
