This is why your meats should be washed. It doesn't take much.

What you see here is New York Strip Steaks...delicious YES but they have been rinsed and now they are soaking in 3 parts water/2parts vinegar. If you don't have vinegar, use lemon, no lemon, use lime...no lime. Use heavy amounts of salt to water.

Let it sit for about 10 mins. You don't want them to sit too long due to acidicity of the vinegar and it may start to cook.

Wash your meats so you can enjoy some delicious treats later🤎
