Sadly, I will not be in attendance tomorrow for the Wellsville Village Farmers Market. It appears I will be spending the day at the hospital/Urgent Care. I'm still planning make it to the Alfred Farmers Market on Sunday, however, unless they bar me from leaving!!

This weekend at Makers on Main and Alfred Farmers Market , I've made double batches of cardamom shortbread cookies, lemon lavender shortbread cookies, lemon tea bread and krumkake! Also Norwegian brunepinner, Icelandic spice cookies and don't forget the chonky cinnamon espresso rolls!

Have you missed your weekly treats? Is the cardamom calling you? How about the havreflarn?

My deepest and most heartfelt thanks to Ben and Becca from White Wolf Iron Works for hosting me this weekend at the Evergreen Faire at Evergreen Trails Campgrounds in Angelica, NY! Not only was it an amazing opportunity to vend at a new event, but it was a wonderful time spent with old and new friends. If you are ever looking for a beautiful, picturesque setting for camping or events, I can not recommend Evergreen Trails enough! The cabins are gorgeous and clean and the beauty of the woods there is beyond compare. This campground now holds a very special place in my heart

Sadly, I won't be at Wellsville's Rainbow Revolution event tomorrow, May 30. I will be helping a family member for the day. I apologize to all of my customers for the late notice :(

Going forward, June is going to be crazy busy! I am scheduled to attend the Evergreen Faire next weekend, Friday through Sunday. Following that, on June 13, I will be at Alfred Makers on Main and on June 14 Alfred Farmers Market as well as the Wellsville Village Farmers Market on June 20, and the Alfred Farmers Market again on June 21. June 27, I will be at Pax Interruptus in Penn Yan. I also have some tentative pop up events planned so keep an eye on this space for more info!

I am also starting the process of hiring help so that I can vend at more than one market at a time. Fingers crossed!!

Okay, my wonderful friends!!! This is the Renn faire I'm vending at the first weekend of June. It is their first time doing this and I'd love to see it be a huge success for them!!! So, if you are free that weekend and want to come have some fun, please do!! They have cabins and RV sites, too!!!

My dear friends..

Due to the current forecast for tomorrow, I am making the heart breaking decision to not vend at the Hotdog Day steet fair in Alfred tomorrow. I can do rain. I can do cold. But both together will have me laid up on bedrest for a couple of days :( Sadly, it is part of being a vendor in western NY; we are still at the mercy of Ma Nature! Just remember, April showers....

I apologize to everyone I was looking forward to seeing. I have a few events before the farm market season starts in June and I can't wait you see you all there!!!
