Heritage Farmhouse The Heritage Farmhouse farm 3118 Knoxville Trl New Windsor Il., has been in the Roberts family for over 145 years.

We have a mini farmers market where we use some homegrown produce right off our farm to make our baked goods! The Roberts Family Farm has been in the family for about 150 years hence the name "Heritage Farmhouse." We have a little bakery shed full of homemade breads and cookies. We grow our own rye, grind and use it in all our Rye breads ; including Swedish Rye. This year we started making Kett

le Korn out of our homegrown popcorn. In spring come get some of our beautiful chemical free asparagus. In the fall our pears and apples are delicious too.

Well ,someone made a mistake and dumped gravel on our road. Wrong road. They're picking it up now so the road should be open soon. Just a note; it was not our wonderful road commissioners mistake.

I'll be at Coal Valley today if you want to stop . I know its closer to some of you! In the shed today we have ,a few rhubarb Bread, Swedish Limpa, Focaccia, Yummy sweet granola, Great Grandmas Irish Raisin Bread( tastes best wirh butter, yum). We have our Swedish Rye, Cinnamon Rusks, Banana Bread, Heritage Farmhouse Cookies, Dog Biscuits, Homegrown Kernel Popcorn, Rollin Hills Ranch Eggs, a few Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Kettle corn and BlueBarn Farm Honey.

Well, we had no power until 9:30. Late start for me. Check out our back yard if you stop. Doug already repaired the door on our tin shed! Today we have a few different features. We have Limpa Bread, Decadent Thumb print cookies, and Snickerdoodle zucchini bread. We have Swedish Rye,Cinnamon Rusks, Banana Bread, Heritage Farmhouse Cookies, Dog Biscuits, Sour Dough, Homegrown Kernel Popcorn and Blue Barn Farm Honey.

We're baking up a storm today, just look outside! Hopefully everything will run smooth and everything will be in place when you come visit the shed tomorrow. Next week , I hope to have a few items out in the bread shed everyday including Swedish Rye. I'm anticipating there will be family and friends coming for the Rodeo next weekend. We certainly want to make sure we have your favorites available. Onward!

Sorry to whomever stopped . We were waiting for the storm and rain to stop.We've got a couple extra large tree limbs down . One clipped a small corner of our tin shed. I'm actually bringing some Swedish Rye out to the shed and In about an hour some rusks. So it's open.
