On Thursdays at Dutch Oven, you’ll find multigrain as our loaf of the day. We also have an assortment of pastries, espresso drinks and cold brew cans from Kane’s Coffee! Open 9:00-3:30 at 120 Canal St!

Have you tried our whole grain chocolate oat cookie? Our production team has upgraded our recipe and it now uses spent grain flour (the leftover solid malt and grain residue from the beer-brewing process) from New Smyrna Beach Brewing Company! Spent grain is high in fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It’s also lower in carbs and sugar. So when you eat this cookie, you’re basically eating a vegetable. 🙃 Come try one and tell us what you think!
