Recovering After Hip Surgery: My Journey and Future Plans

Well since surgery a week and a half ago, I haven't been doing too much! I have tried to prep things to help hubby while I was laid up, but all I managed was some jams! I'm going a route for producing my jams as a sub off The Vegan Granny. I'm looking for suggestions for names! Welcome Back!

Well its been a hot minute since I've been on! A lot has been happening here and I have created some new recipes!! I have an amazing lasagna and an Exclusive to The Vegan Granny, a Vegan Granny Casserole. I've been creating Jams and doing some canning with my tomato soup and spaghetti sauce. I also made some strawberry white wine vinegar and canned some strawberry onions with strawberry tops! Stocking up!!

Today’s Dinner 01/16/2025

So today I felt a little creative!! I had some vegan rib eye steaks in the freezer. So I thawed them out and made them for dinner. But where I got creative, I made this amazing 3 bean side dish!
