Chimi Gringo’s Over 60 flavors of Mac & Cheese Chimichangas, a flour tortilla filled with mac & cheese, wrapped and Bring your appetite!

We have more than 60 different flavors of macaroni & cheese chimichangas. That means we take a flour tortilla and fill it with mac & cheese, wrap it like a burrito and deep fry it to a golden crisp. Due to the size of our mobile kitchen we will only be bringing 2-3 flavors at each event. We’ll also be serving you Deep Fried Baby Back Ribs! Served with our soon to be famous homemade Blue Cheese Dip

or tossed in various sauces. We use peanut oil for it’s high smoke point and neutral taste. It's also low in saturated fat and high in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, making it healthier than frying with shortening or lard. Flavors for each event will be chosen to compliment the theme of the event itself. We are looking forward to serving everyone!
