strawberry cheesecake but make it sourdough 🍓✨

this loaf is packed with sweet strawberries and all the creamy, cheesecake-inspired goodness in every slice. soft, slightly tangy, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent.

basically… dessert pretending to be bread, and honestly i’m not mad about it.

what’s better than one bag of cookies? TWO bags of cookies!

100 cookies later and my kitchen officially looks like a butter-and-sugar tornado hit it 😅

Spent the other day baking up a big order for a local event, and I’m not gonna lie… there’s something so satisfying about seeing them all packaged up, golden and perfect. It’s a lot of work, but moments like this remind me why I love doing what I do 🤍

TEST LOAF ALERT 🚨

here is a little treat for yall while i’m on vacation.

okay but hear me out… cereal milk + marshmallows… in SOURDOUGH 😮‍🔥

this one is a test recipe and she is WILD. made with cereal milk for that nostalgic, sweet flavor and swirled with gooey marshmallows and pops of fruity goodness throughout. the crumb came out soft, slightly sweet, and honestly??? kinda magical.

is she a little chaotic? yes.
did I have doubts? also yes.
will I be making this again? …very likely 😂

I’m still tweaking this one, but I had to share the inside because LOOK AT HER.

Finishing up those last-minute orders before vacation kicks off ✨ and I had to snap a pic of this pesto, parm, and sun-dried tomato loaf… she was way too pretty not to share 😍

Carrot cake… but make it a spiral. 🥕🌀

Carrot Cake Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls and honestly they might be one of my favorite experiments yet. Soft, fluffy sourdough rolls packed with warm spices, freshly shredded carrots, brown sugar, and that cozy carrot cake energy — all swirled up into a spiral and baked until golden.

And because carrot cake demands it… these are finished with a thick, tangy browned butter cream cheese frosting that melts right into all those layers.

It’s part cinnamon roll, part carrot cake, part sourdough magic.

Spring flavors but with a little Wild Spiral Co. chaos. 🥕✨

did you know you can order spirals baked or unbaked? unbaked is perfect for you to pop in the oven in the morning and baked for you to shameless eat as soon as they get in your hands (come on who hasn’t eaten one in their car so they don’t have to share).

Kitchen experiment of the week: Candied Bacon + Jalapeños 🔥🥓

Sometimes the best recipes start with a “what if…” and a little chaos.

Today’s experiment brought together sweet candied bacon, fresh jalapeños, and a generous sprinkle of seasoning from whenpigsflyfamilybbq. The result? Well, you will just have to wait and see.

The bacon brings the caramelized sweetness, the jalapeños add that little kick, and the BBQ seasoning ties everything together!

Dreams really do come true… and apparently they come in pink 💖

After a lot of baking, dreaming, and probably an unreasonable amount of time staring at mixers online… I finally got my dream mixer. And yes — she’s pink.

This beauty is officially joining the chaos at The Wild Spiral Co., ready to whip, mix, knead, and spiral her way through many batches of dough, frosting, and whatever wild idea I come up with next.

Fair warning: the spirals might get a little bigger, the experiments might get a little wilder, and the mixer might become my entire personality for the next week.

Anyway… if anyone needs me, I’ll be aggressively mixing something just because I can. 🎀🍞✨
