Two new specials in the case this weekend! One savory, one sweet, one still embracing summer and the other looking ahead to fall (feels a lil like it in the mornings, doesn’t it?)

🍅 Tomato and Calabrian chili hummus danish. Topped balsamic reduction, toasted sesame, and fresh basil
Featuring sweet lil tomatoes that are bursts of sunshine from FIELD & LARDER!
🎃 Pumpkin cheesecake danish. Filled pumpkin pie filling and cream cheese filling
🍫 Bi color double raspberry croissant. We had this one last week as well, but I needed another moment in the spotlight! Features chocolate, raspberry pastry cream, and fresh raspberries.

Weekend specials! Even though it feels like fall is just around the corner, we still have a bit of time to enjoy what the ends of summer have to offer. We have a few beauties in our case today and at the Beacon Farmers' Market !

Slide 1: Today only at our new Paltz location- chocolate raspberry bi color croissant. This features a raspberry chocolate baton from Valrhona North America , topped with ganache, a fresh raspberry, and gold luster dust.

Slide2: Beacon market special! House made peach vanilla jam, fresh peach slices, and a bit of gold shimmer. Featuring fresh fruit from Liberty Orchards (Highland).

Slide 3: Cafe only! Peaches and cream danish- house made peach vanilla jam, vanilla whipped cream, and a slice of local peach!

Slide 4: S’mores twice baked croissants at Beacon Farmers' Market and at the cafe. Last weekend for these!

I mean, we all know cats are magic (and orange cats have their own ~special~ kind of magical energy)…but have you met your kitchen team?? 🪄

They’ve worked hard with our bakers to create this cafe staple: avocado toast with a lil everything spice and pickled red onions on our house made sourdough.

Thanks to Inka on our FOH team, who is a fantastic artist and made this for us. It’s perfect! 🐈 🥑 🍞

It’s that time of year! We’ve done an upgrade to our classic s’mores croissant with a huge Dandies Marshmallows marshmallow! A twice baked chocolate croissant filled with chocolate almond frangipane, chocolate cinnamon pastry cream and mini marshmallows, topped with crushed graham crackers and a BIG toasted marshmallow! You can get one this weekend at our store location, today at Poughkeepsie Farm Project and tomorrow Beacon Farmers' Market

Also, if you need vegan marshmallows to make your own s’mores around the campfire, we have retail bags of Dandies Marshmallows in store!
