When I started Cakes & Desserts by Monica 13 years ago, it represented excitement, creativity, and the beginning of my journey. As I’ve grown, so has my vision — and I’ve realized that name no longer fully reflects where I’m headed.

For those who are new here—welcome! I’m Monica, the baker behind Cakes & Desserts by Monica, and I’m also a Pampered Chef Consultant. A lot of the magic that happens in my kitchen comes from using tools I truly love and trust when I’m cooking and baking.
