7up cake, Sweet Potato Pie, Banana Pudding, Brownie Angela learned how to cook and bake at an early age.

Stella Mae's sweets was started by Angela Long in October 16, 2020. Angela was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana, but, Stella was born and raised in Ville Platte Louisiana. She loved being in the kitchen learning from her mother. As a little girl, about eight years old, Angela would tag along with her mother to go sell the Sweet Treats they made in the kitchen. Stella was known throughout

her church and neighborhood as the cake and pie lady. In that little kitchen in the 9th Ward on Feliciana Street, Stella created her famous banana pudding, brownie, pecan candy, sweet potato pie and 7up cake recipe. A few years ago Stella was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but, her baking and cooking did not stop because she passed all of her knowledge on to her daughter who started this company in her name.
