🥦 One handful of microgreens turned this simple pasta salad into a huge hit with my little Golden Greens swimmers. 😆💚

This lunch was too good not to share. Farmers market tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a little focaccia on the side. That's basically summer in a bowl.
