What started as a dream and a pop-up trailer has become a full-on dessert destination, hand-built with love and Southern charm by a mother-in-law/daughter-in-law duo who believe in the magic of homem

👑 Meet Sandy – The Caboose Queen & Cupcake Creator
Sandy is the heart and hands behind every delicious bite. She dreamed up Cupcake Caboose, built the trailer from the ground up, and handcrafts every cupcake and swirl of icing with recipes straight from the heart. Whether it’s her famous Butter Pecan or a Strawberry Shortcake, Sandy’s treats are filled with love, tradition, and just the right amount of sass. She's always making new flavors, and loves experimenting in the kitchen.

The City of New Haven is hosting a grand re-opening for their city pool on June 4th, from 6-8:30pm.

They will serve kool-aid and hotdogs and the Cupcake Caboose will have cupcakes and lemonade!

I guess we will be fighting the cold again, so bringing back the Hot chocolate! ( includes free flavor spoon!)
