Sandy is the heart and hands behind every delicious bite. She dreamed up Cupcake Caboose, built the trailer from the ground up, and handcrafts every cupcake and swirl of icing with recipes straight from the heart. Whether it’s her famous Butter Pecan or a Strawberry Shortcake, Sandy’s treats are filled with love, tradition, and just the right amount of sass. She's always making new flavors, and loves experimenting in the kitchen.

But here is the deal, everyone gets a chance to toss one bag, for a chance at free food from our trucks tonight. Yep, just make one toss…. And if it goes in! You draw a ticket out for a free item, it might be a free meal from Franklins smoke shack, it could be a boba lemonade or cupcake from cupcake caboose, or a free meal from RD Island.
