Baking with Girl Scout Troop 50826! We had so much fun. The girls learned new valuable skills from how to make a cake from scratch, to making the icing. They learned the difference from measuring flour and measuring sugar to how to measure brown sugar. Cracking eggs & how to whip the whites. They learned how to assemble à layer cake. Then they each decorated a 6”, two layer cake to take home. The creativity these girls put to use is amazing.
