There’s a story behind what we’re building, and it didn’t start with a business plan.
For as long as I can remember, there has been a quiet dream of owning a bakery. The kind of place you drive by and feel drawn to. The kind of place where people gather without thinking twice about it.
Life didn’t take a straight path there. It rarely does. Over time, things shifted. Food became more complicated. What used to feel simple started to feel limiting. There were moments of standing on the outside, bringing my own food, or wondering why something that should feel normal suddenly felt so hard.
But somewhere in that, something else started to grow.
A desire for better. Not just better ingredients, but a better experience. A place where you don’t feel like the odd one out.
A place where you can walk in, order something you’re genuinely excited about, sit down with a cup of coffee, and just be.
And then came a moment that felt very clear. It was time to stop waiting and start building. What began with a simple step forward turned into baking in the kitchen, a pop up in the front yard, early mornings at the farmers market, and slowly, a bigger vision taking shape.
Now, this next chapter is something we are building together as sisters.
It means long conversations over coffee, dreaming about what this space can be, and holding onto the same vision. Not just a bakery, but a place that feels warm, welcoming, and rooted in community. A place where families come in after school, where friends catch up, where neighbors become familiar faces.
This has never been just about what’s in the case.
It’s about creating something that brings people together. A space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and like you belong.
We’re still building, still dreaming, and still taking it one step at a time. But we’re excited to start sharing more of the story with you along the way.
