After months of planning, building, late nights, and a whole lot of hard work, Sugar & Dough and Forged by Sugar & Dough have officially arrived at ROOTED EXPO 2026 in Irving, Texas!

What started as an empty 10×10 space has transformed into something Stacey and I are incredibly proud of!

We designed it. We built it. We hauled it across Texas. And now we’re ready to show the world what we’ve been working so hard to create!

But the excitement didn’t stop with setup!

🔥 IGNITE NETWORKING NIGHT!

We kicked things off meeting incredible entrepreneurs, founders, and industry professionals. We made some amazing new friends and connections, and the energy here is unbelievable!

And now comes the BIG opportunity!

WE MADE IT TO IRVING, TEXAS! 🔥

After a long day on the road, Stacey and I are getting settled in and preparing for one of the biggest opportunities in Sugar & Dough’s journey!

But before ROOTED Expo officially kicks off, we’re doing what we do best — getting out, meeting people, building relationships, and sharing our story!

☕ Starting the morning with breakfast and coffee at First Watch!

🛒 Then we made a stop at H-E-B, where we had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the store manager! We had a great time exploring the store, learning more about the retail environment, and making new connections.

As founders of Sugar & Dough and Forged by Sugar & Dough, we know that building a brand takes more than just making incredible cookies.

It’s about relationships, persistence, showing up, and never being afraid to introduce yourself!

We’re two sports nutritionists from Gruene, Texas, with a vision to bring our better-for-you cookies to stores across America!

And every connection brings us one step closer to that dream.
