You’ve been seeing a lot of our kolache lately… but don’t forget we also bake something just as special—rich, swirled babkas rooted in traditional Polish baking with a fun, modern twist.

Hi everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself and share a little more about the heart behind Little Koala Bakery🐨💛

I’m a homeschool mom who has always loved baking, and Little Koala Bakery has become a way for me to combine that love with building something meaningful for my son and our family. What started as baking in my home kitchen has slowly grown into sharing homemade baked goods with our local community, and I’m so thankful for all the support so far.

Right now, you can find our homemade fruit kolache in flavors like apple, blueberry, peach, and strawberry at The Gathering Place : Seguin, TX ! Kolache drops happen every Tuesday and Friday. I also make cinnamon rolls, babkas, cookies, diy holiday cookie kits and I’m excited to continue adding new homemade treats along the way. All my products do not contain any artificial dye.

Thank you for supporting this small family-run bakery and being part of this journey with me and my son. Every purchase truly helps support our little dream, and we’re so excited to see where this adventure takes us ✨
