I experimented and made some dutch crunch sourdough bread! I love getting sandwiches with dutch crunch when I'm visiting San Francisco, but sadly we don't have this kind of bread here in Texas, so I wanted to try making it myself. Nothing beats the real thing in SF, but these were still really good.
