10-inch strawberry with strawberry preserves filling, 8-inch red velvet with cream cheese filling and a 6-inch dark chocolate with raspberry preserves filling. Covered with vanilla/almond American buttercream and a fondant flag. All cake tier flavors were gluten-free.
