Our case is FULL, the goodies are baked, and we’re ready to see you—even with the rain heading our way! 🥐🍪🍞

A quick heads-up if you haven’t seen the announcement yet: the New Bern Farmers Market will NOT be open on Sunday, 10/11, during Mumfest weekend. There’s also a possibility we may need to close early today, around noon, depending on how the weather develops.

We had already baked up lots of goodies to share with our community before that decision was made yesterday evening, so please come early and show your local vendors some love! 💗 We’d much rather send all these treats home with happy customers than have them waiting out the rain with us!

😂🍰 IF YOU’VE BEEN FOLLOWING US FOR A WHILE, YOU KNOW FRIDAYS CAN GET A LITTLE… ALL OVER THE PLACE AROUND HERE.

Tonight was no different. At 9:30 PM, I decided I should probably make one more little something to bring to the market tomorrow. Because apparently sleep is optional. 😂

So I grabbed our Southern Caramel Bundt cake + frosting and turned them into 2-bite Turtle Bundts for our pastry case! 🐢🍰🤎

Because… why not?!

There are only a few of these little guys, so if you want to sweeten up your Saturday morning, come early! 💗

🥨💗 DON’T PANIC. THE PRETZELS ARE STAYING. 😂

Even with our brand-new Fall lineup coming this weekend, our classic Sourdough Soft Pretzels are here to stay!

We briefly considered taking them off the menu… but we’re pretty sure that would have resulted in a full-scale pretzel uprising, and frankly, we don’t have the insurance for that. 😂🥨

And speaking of pretzels… take a look at that little swirl! 🥹 Our 2-year-old made his very first pretzel the other day, and we’re pretty proud of that little baker. Raising him right. 😂💗

Stay tuned because the FULL FALL MENU drops TOMORROW! 🍂

Our brand-new French Onion Soup Sourdough is making its debut at the New Bern Farmers Market this weekend, along with all of our new fall flavors!

Think slow-caramelized onions, Gruyère cheese, a touch of thyme, and beef broth baked right into our sourdough. 🧅🧀🌿
