After the kids go to bed and the house is quite, that is the best time to bake and decorate! It is a hobby that I would like to expand.

I enjoy baking and decorating cake in the little spare time that I have.

I must be getting better at this; I started at 8pm... Baked a 3 layer cake, cupcakes, made fondant and my butter cream icing. May have to change the name :)
