Memorial day calls for a new recipe.

Entering the kitchen is a sourdough vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and sugar crust 😋

Baking is very much about mastering your craft. That being said, have you tried our new and improved bagels?? The hubs says these will have New York Bagels sleeping with the fishes 🐟 😉

Some of today's bakes.

About 4 dozen mini muffins going out today. Dont sleep on these guys. Made with local honey and no refined sugar (minus the chocolate and sprinkles ;) ) of course they are gut healthy and oh so good.

Try to beat the kids or you significant other to them or just horde them all yourself. Its ok, I get it.

Blueberry muffins, peanut butter cookies, jalapeno cheddar bread, and some yummy banana bread and coffee cake coming also.

How do you bake so much AND do everything else??

I get asked this all the time and its simple. This is my passion and my love. To make good food good for my family and yours.

Baking and the science/ processes give me peace and a joy i just cant explain.

The first look when I take the lid off, the final look when I remove from the oven, and finally after all the wait, that first cut and squish/ spring of my 1st slice.
