Strawberry Earthquake Cake

Ingredients:
• 1 box white cake mix
• Ingredients required by cake mix (usually water, oil, and eggs)
• 1 cup strawberries, chopped
• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup coconut flakes
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
2. Follow the instructions on the cake mix box to prepare the cake batter. Once ready, gently fold in the chopped strawberries. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the baking dish.
5. Sprinkle coconut flakes and white chocolate chips evenly over the top of the batter.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is set and the edges turn golden brown.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You'll notice a beautiful cracked, earthquake-like effect on the top, with delicious pockets of cream cheese and strawberry throughout. Enjoy!
